  6. Prepare 1/4 teaspoon of italian seasoning.

  8. Increase oven temperatire to 425. Take hollowed potatoes and place them back on foil lined baking sheet bottom up, brush with butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Return to oven to crisp skins. Bake about 10 - 15:minutes just until golden.
